30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@usgoaga.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping label within 24 hours.
Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible and attach the provided shipping label.
Drop off the package at the nearest shipping location.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Condition for Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged, with all original packaging and accessories. Frames that show signs of wear, damage, or modification may not be eligible for a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Costs

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For defective or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs.
