Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. For deliveries to APO/FPO addresses, please allow additional transit time. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status by contacting our customer service team.

Packaging

Each frame is carefully packaged with corner protectors, foam padding, and a sturdy outer box to ensure safe delivery. Our packaging is designed to withstand the rigors of shipping and protect your frame from damage.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@usgoaga.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
